|Mission: Understanding the importance of our Young people and their families in our communities. To build a SAFE Bridge to our communities through Education, Employment and Information about gangs and their lifestyles. To Arm our youths with the resources about programs in our community that will help them according to their needs.
Fathers and Men United for a Better Trenton was establish in 2005 by a group of Trenton men from different backgrounds and professions, who came together for the common goal of being a positive force in our city. The membership consists of twenty dedicated participants and includes two Muslim Brothers. The full membership meets the first Monday of every month and serves to renew our commitment as we move forward to respond to the needs of the city with a positive and action oriented approach. The Fathers and Men United meet on Tuesday nights in the most crime infested areas of the city to pray in unison for the gang members and a new direction for their lives. They organize and participate in events and activities throughout the year, always with the intent to make our community a better place.
